How
does the order process work?
- When you see an item you would like
enter the quantity and click on the "add to basket"
or "buy one now" buttons. This places the
item in an electronic shopping basket. You can check
to see what you have placed in your shopping basket
at any time simply by clicking on the "shopping
cart" button at the top of the page.
- After you've finished shopping, select
"checkout" at the top of the page.
- Next, you are shown your order and asked
to fill in your shipping and billing information. When
you are finished click the "continue" button.
- The next page will show you the shipping
and billing information you entered as well as the items
you are ordering. On this page you are able to enter
and redeem a coupon if you have one .You are also asked
to select your method of shipping and payment type.
Once you have finished click the "continue"
button.
- The next page is the final page. Here
you will verify that all information is correct and
enter your credit card number. When you have finished
click the "continue" Button
- Your order will then be processed (this
may take a minute of so). When processing is finished
you will be given an order number and your invoice will
be e-mailed to you
- If you would like to contact us concerning
your order you can do so by replying to the confirmation
e-mail, sending an e-mail to weborder@lafcony.com,
or Track Your Package.

How
does the shopping cart work?
Once you have selected the "add to basket" or
"buy one now" button nexts to any product that
product is placed in an electronic shopping cart. You can
check the contents of your shopping cart at any time simply
by clicking on the shopping cart at the top of the page.
If there is a product you would like to remove from your
shopping cart simply click the remove button next to the
item.

Are
credit card transactions on Lafco New York safe?
Yes. Lafco New York's servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL),
an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator,
Microsoft Internet Explorer and AOL's browser so that only
Lafco New York can read a buyer's personal information.
Lafco is also certified by Verisign Inc., so you know your
shopping will be safe. For more information, please click
the Verisign Seal at the bottom of the page.

When
are credit cards charged for an order?
Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed.
If there is any problem with the credit card that is used
or the information was entered incorrectly you will be told
that we are unable to authorize payment. You can then either
enter a new credit card or make sure the information was
entered correctly. If the credit card is still unable to
be processed please contact your credit card company.

Does
Lafco New York charge sales tax?
State laws require a New York-based business to collect
sales tax on orders shipped to New York addresses. In our
case, the amount of sales tax collected is based on the
tax rate for the City of New York, NY. We are currently
not required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents
of any other states.

What
is the method of shipping?
At Lafco New York, we realize that a big concern for customers
is the speed and affordability of shipping. We ship all
of our orders via UPS. At the time of Checkout, you can
select the appropriate method of shipping.

How
can I track my package?
When your items ship, you will receive an automatic notification
from UPS detailing your shipment status. Also, you can track
your package in real-time via the Lafco UPS Tracking Tool
below.

Return and Exhange Policies?
All sales are final and Lafco / Santa Maria Novella DOES NOT issue refunds.
Lafco / Santa Maria Novella will exchange NON-OPENED items for the same or greater value product with original receipt ONLY.

Want
to Exchange an Item?
- Contact LAFCO Customer Service within 10 days of receiving your order to let us know that you will be making an exchange. Call us at 1 800 362 3677 from 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time. Or email us at mailorder@lafcony.com . We will need to know which item(s) you would like to have in exchange of your original items as well as your name, address and credit card number (to apply any difference of product price or shipping charges on exchanged items)
- You will be given a Return Authorization Number. Please write this number on the outside of your shipping box and address to :

- Please send your package via UPS or Parcel Post Insured. Insuring your package protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit.
- Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s) and include a copy of your invoice.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED IN A SALEABLE CONDITION FOR AN EXCHANGE
Once we receive your return package, we will exchange your product for one of a same or greater value. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on exchanged items.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 21 BUSINESS DAYS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE.
